Behind the varietal aromas lie pear, yellow apple, but also herbal notes and light almond, stone fruit, and nutty scents with delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is straightforward fruit with black berry aromas, lively, almost slightly lemony acidity, and a very good finish. Compact, fine astringency, a hint of mint, salty and chalky tones in the very good finish.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPear and quince peel on the nose, yellow and red apple, delicate yeast pastry, and a hint of lavender.
