\nOn the nose, notes of dandelion and buttercups from Scheurebe and Rivaner, some maritime minerality from Riesling, lots of green and yellow fruits. On the palate, a fresh blend of different fruits, with many notes typical of Rivaner and Riesling in the fairly long finish. Real teamwork.

\nAfter extensive tastings, we decided on a combination of fruity Chardonnay and our very young Pinot Blanc for the cuv\u00e9e. The melting and crazy, slightly herbal aroma density of our powerful young Pinot Blanc perfectly complemented the fruit basket of the slightly sweet Chardonnay from the good old Schlossh\u00f6lle.
