Our Riesling in the estate wine segment clearly shows its origin and varietal typicity, but places the drinking pleasure in the foreground. Even smelling it is fun and, with strong notes of apricots and apples, gives an idea of what might follow after the first sip.

This Pinot shows a lean foot, drinking pleasure, refreshing yet not too intrusive acidity, plenty of fruit and a finish that screams: I am a proud Grauburgunder!

1 x Scheurebe “Teamwork”
Easy-drinking through and through. Slightly floral notes tickle the nose; in the mouth, a touch of acidity and minerality provide some freshness to the otherwise strong-sweet taste of yellow fruit, which is clearly the focus of this estate wine.

Our public favorite. The Chardonnay manages to delight wine experts and “I don’t really drink wine” fans alike.

The light rosé, which is more Provence-like, gives it away: there is more elegance than strawberry jam in this Rosé.

1 x Sommercuvée 2023
On the nose, notes of dandelion and buttercups from Scheurebe and Rivaner, some maritime minerality from Riesling, lots of green and yellow fruits. In the mouth a fresh mix of different fruits, with lots of Rivaner and Riesling typical notes in the quite long finish. Real teamwork.

1 x Frühlingscuvée 2023
Gewürztraminer adds flowery notes, supported by the Rivaner. The deep and strong body comes out of our Silvaner and a good dash of freshness is added by our Riesling. Real Teamwork, resulting in a flowery, fresh and exciting wine that reminds of an early spring day.

1 x Burgundercuvee 2023
For the 2021 Cuvée, after extensive tasting, we decided on a combination of fruity Chardonnay and our very young Pinot Blanc. The melt and crazy, slightly herbal aroma density from our powerhouse young Pinot Blanc simply complemented the fruit basket of the slightly residually sweet Chardonnay from good old Schlosshölle perfectly.

1 x Cuvée Red
In this cuvée made from two grape varieties and vintages, we combine the fruit and freshness from our Spätbugunder vineyards with strong color, soft tannins and a little heaviness from the Regent.

1 x Riesling “Terroir” Siefersheimer Heerkretz
Typical Siefersheim: a very fine and slender Riesling with pronounced minerality from soils of volcanic origin.

1 x Pinot Blanc “Terroir” Siefersheimer Heerkretz
The embodiment of our preference for Pinot: an elegant yet fruity wine, juicy on the palate with nice volume and good length.
