Our cuvées combine the various character qualities of different grape varieties to create new, successful compositions.
By fine-tuning the blends, we maintain the theme of the respective cuvée even across vintages, thus ensuring reliable drinking pleasure.

The distinctive terroir of our single vineyards is crystal clear. The characteristics of the vintage and the microclimate shape authentic and varietal wines with elegance and finesse.
Hand-selected grapes and at least 9 months of barrel aging on the full or fine lees guarantee a long shelf life and produce exciting wines with delicate aroma components that delightfully represent the vintage, our vineyards, and our work.

WINE IS ABOUT TIME

We take our time with our Tempus wines. By carefully reducing the number of grapes and processing them gently, we bring our harvest to the wine press particularly aromatic and intact.
Then we intensify their aromas with cold or spontaneous fermentation and time in bottles, barriques, or amphorae.
The signature style of our team, our terroir, and carefully measured ripeness result in wines full of character, complexity, density, and depth for special moments of enjoyment.
