You can hardly go wrong, because the Portugieser goes perfectly with light dishes, tapas or salads, but also does not have to hide behind goat cheese wrapped in bacon. The Pinot Gris shows a slender foot, drinking pleasure, a not too obtrusive acidity and yet freshness, but above all a lot of fruit and a rich finish.
