A somewhat protruding acidity due to the young age emphasizes the minerality of the wine in a way that we are always fascinated to taste over the first weeks and months after a fresh bottling. After only a few minutes in the air, it becomes rounder and the fruity notes of the Chardonnay emerge more and more. A beautiful and exciting story with a happy ending.
