“L’Atelier du Jardin” – our creative workshop. Here, we craft liquid works of art from grapes and ingredients inspired by our garden. A place where nature, aesthetics, and creative freedom come together to create new moments of enjoyment.
N°01 Pétillant is our first creation: a vibrant composition of Riesling verjus, quince, and peach, refined with mint, lemon balm, and a hint of anise. Surprisingly long-lasting, outrageously complex, and naturally alcohol-free.
