Ready for something new? This Pinot Noir is the result of the cool-climate vintage 2021: low tannin, light color, full aroma, lots of fruit. If you like light yet aromatic red wines, this Pinot is just right for you. And who actually says that you can’t chill red wines?
Spicy aroma, thyme, spruce needle, rosehip peel, pomegranate, rose petals, violets, ripe berries and milk chocolate. Juicy on the palate, fruit in play with spice, fine-grained tannin, fine acid vein, some wood spice.
This wine ideal for warm days and to accompany light dishes.
Natural wine, unfiltered, clear, possibly minimal yeast deposit.
100% Pinot Noir, matured in old barriques, very light wood notes.
Serve chilled.
