Jahrgang 2022

Our Riesling in the estate wine segment clearly shows its origin and varietal typicity, but places the drinking pleasure in the foreground. Even smelling it is fun and, with strong notes of apricots and apples, gives an idea of what might follow after the first sip.

With a little residual sweetness, however, the Riesling-typical aromas are first conveyed to the corners of the mouth, which are immediately lifted not only by Riesling lovers.
On the further way across the tongue, the first fruity notes and even the first mineral tingle unfold. What follows lasts a long time. Perhaps longer than is appropriate for an estate wine.
Limes, citrus fruits and young apricots remain after the glass has been set down. The pleasant acidity is well balanced with the residual sugar without appearing semi-dry and leads to a great density and almost a little melting.
