In contrast to other sources of acidity, our Verjus has its own, rounded aroma. This makes it a great non-alcoholic wine alternative when mixed with mineral water. The juice adds fruity and complex notes to cocktails and dishes.
Due to the vintage, the 2025 verjus is slightly sweeter as in 2023 and 2024, as the grapes already contained more sugar although they were picked even earlier.
