Description
I hang up the bath towel at the parking lot next to the flower meadow. I just leave the bathing suits on, the evening sun still has plenty of power. Every now and then, a light breeze rustles through the trees and blows a hint of the sea into my nose while I get the bowl of fruit salad out of the cooler bag.
That’s about how our summer cuvée feels. On the nose, notes of dandelion and buttercups from Scheurebe and Rivaner, some maritime minerality from Riesling, lots of green and yellow fruits. In the mouth a fresh mix of different fruits, with lots of Rivaner and Riesling typical notes in the quite long finish. Real teamwork.
