With our Secco, you can start the preparations in a lively mood, or welcome the guests. No matter, the main thing is to toast. The Pinot Noir Rosé is then suitable for accompanying light appetizers, as well as a solo aperitif. The Riesling Lagenwein is a perfect accompaniment to dishes with white meat or fish. Red “Teamwork R” or the Pinot Blanc single-vineyard wine with discreet barrique notes go excellently with strong dark sauces and roast dishes or also Mediterranean dishes.
It also does not matter which of the three top wines is left, because all are also excellent as soloists for the relaxed time after the meal. Oh yes: A sweet wine for the dessert may not be missing of course also. Our sweet shy goes perfectly with sorbet or creams. With mousse au chocolat, however, it may also be the red wine.
Tip: With our dinner package you are super equipped for up to six people. For larger groups (or longer evenings), it is best to order two packages.

Herbs, stone fruit, apricot and delicate floral scent with a touch of petrol, but also yellowish and hints of blackberry. Straightforward, fine-juicy, not completely dry fruit, very fine, lively acidity, delicate grip. Perfect with fish and white meat, but also a pleasure solo.

Slightly floral notes tickle the nose, and in the mouth a touch of acidity and minerality provide some freshness to the otherwise strong-sweet yellow fruit flavor that is clearly the focus of this estate wine. Goes well with most sweet and fruity (after) dishes.
